Suitability and consent
Before your blood sample is taken, your clinician confirms the chosen test is appropriate for you and explains what it covers, so you can give informed consent. Your sample is drawn in clinic by a trained clinician.
Evidence-based testing
Our test panels are grounded in current clinical evidence and good-practice guidance, and your results are interpreted against your individual symptoms, history and circumstances.
Clinician-reviewed results
Your results are reviewed by a clinician and clearly explained to you, with guidance on what to do next (if anything), including onward referral where appropriate.
Confidentiality and records
We keep accurate, secure medical records and handle your information confidentially in line with our privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.
